Version 1.0 — 1st January, 2026
We, Enso Webworks Private Limited (“Enso Webworks”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), are committed to provide and maintain a safe, and inclusive digital ecosystem.
The purpose of InfoUniverse Global Community Guidelines (“Community Guidelines”) is to establish the behaviour standards from users across all platforms and to prevent harm, digital abuse, fraud, and add guardrails to digital discourse/engagement.
All our Planforms are designed to foster creativity authentic expression, while combating misinformation and unlawful activities. We strive to ensure lawful and ethical usage of Info Universe Platforms and proactively detect, prevent and implement remedial actions that violate our policies and guidelines and undermine the safety, trust or community integrity.
Where and to Whom do these Guidelines Apply?
These Guidelines apply to everyone - creators, professionals, viewers, partners- across the globe who uses Info Universe Platforms, InfoMemo, InfoProfile, InfoPhone, InfoQueries, InfoConverse, InfoDatabox, InfoContract, InfoLives, InfoTelecast, and InfoTodo.
The Guidelines cover all content and activity on Info Universe Platforms including posts, profiles, messages, calls, meetings, comments, livestreams, AI-generated content, and metadata.
These Guidelines operate alongside and in conjunction with our Terms of Use, Global Privacy Policy and such other platform-specific policies that may be published from time to time. In case of conflict, the Terms of Use shall prevail. Everyone using any of the Info Universe platform must adhere to these Guidelines and ensure that their activities align with the principles, standards, and expectations set forth herein.
1. Our Core Principles
We expect our users to use our platforms respectfully and responsibly in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or the rights of Enso Webworks. The following three principles guide every rule and enforcement action taken on the Info Universe platforms, and we expect our users to follow them in letter and spirit. They are simple enough to remember, and strong enough to govern diverse communities and content types.
1.1 Respect & Dignity
In the Info Universe, respect is not just a rule, it is the foundation of every interaction and conversation. We want InfoUniverse to be an inclusive space where everyone can participate. Disagree passionately, but debate the ideas, not identities. Speak to others as you’d want to be spoken to, with courtesy, empathy, and patience. Diversity of thought makes InfoUniverse community stronger, hostility and personal attacks weaken it.
1.2 Authenticity & Honesty
InfoUniverse thrives on authenticity and honesty and expect you to lead the way. Present yourself truthfully, use your own name, credentials, and experiences. Don’t impersonate people or claim expertise in medicine, law and finance you don’t have. If you’re promoting a product, collaboration, or brand, say so clearly, honesty builds credibility.
Respect others’ intellectual creativity and creators right too: credit the original authors, artists, or developers. Whether you’re sharing insights, research, or professional advice, your integrity keeps the InfoUniverse ecosystem transparent and trustworthy.
1.3 Safety and Wellbeing
Safety on and off InfoUniverse is non-negotiable for us. We work to protect every user from harm, and we expect you to join us. Don’t share or post content that endangers yourself or others including threats, incitement, or depictions of violence. Never post material involving minors or request it from others. If you see someone in distress, flag it. We will reach out to emergency services when there’s imminent risk. Infouniverse platforms are shared public spaces. Your words and actions should make the environment safer, calmer, and more respectful for everyone who enters.
1.4 Compliance with Laws and Our Policies
While using or engaging with any of our platforms, you are required to act in a manner which does not infringe or violate applicable international and national laws, including but not limited to Intellectual Property laws and content regulation laws.
